By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord). You must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
You may not engage in spam, automated abuse, or content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Discord’s policies. We reserve the right to ban or restrict an entire server based on the actions of one or more users if those actions violate this Agreement.
You retain ownership of the art you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Subscriptions are processed via Discord’s native In-App Purchase (IAP) system. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will cease charging for subscriptions and maintain servers for at least 30 days or provide pro-rated refunds.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use this service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total financial liability shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
