Data Collection

Globally: We store the following data:

• User ID, @username, profile picture.
• Colors you add to your palette

Per Server: When you join an activity in a server, we store:

• User ID, server nickname
• Your ban status within the activity on that server.
• The position, color, and timestamp of the pixels you have placed.

Data Usage & Storage

Purpose: Your data is used exclusively to make the application function. This includes displaying username / profile picture in various placed in app. Additionally, we display your username, profile picture, server names and server icon on our website when you are signed in to make the purchase page function.

Sharing: We do not share your data with advertisers or marketers. We interface with Discord's API to facilitate login and purchaces made through discord. We interfece with Lemon Squeesy to handle purchaes through the website.

Data Retention

• Pixel Data: Pixel positions, colors, and timestamps are immediately deleted when your pixel is overwritten by another user.
• Color Palette: This is stored indefinitely to maintain your preferences.
• Server Data: Server-specific data is deleted if you are not banned, have no active pixels on the current canvas, and have been inactive for 14 days.
