Data Collection

Globally: We store the following data:

• User ID, username, and profile picture.
• Colors you add to your custom palette.
• Email address (only if provided via our contact form).

Per Server: When you participate in an activity, we store data related to that server and your actions within it:

• User ID, server nickname, and ban status.
• The position, color, and timestamp of the pixels you have placed.
• Server Metadata: To facilitate the app experience, we store the server name, server icon, and custom settings (including current grid size, subscription status [is_pro], and any moderation status or warnings associated with the server).

Data Usage & Purpose

Service Functionality: Your data is used exclusively to operate the application. This includes displaying your username and profile picture in-app, processing your interactions with the grid, and facilitating Discord-native subscription payments.

Contact Form: If you use our contact form, we collect your email address solely to respond to your inquiry or support request.

Payments & Subscriptions

All subscription payments and IAP (In-App Purchases) are processed via Discord’s native billing platform. We do not store your credit card information or direct financial data on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations from Discord to update your account status.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or marketers. We only interface with Discord’s API to facilitate authentication and payment verification.

Data Retention

• Pixel Data: Pixel positions, colors, and timestamps may be retained to maintain the current state of the canvas.
• Subscription Status: Retained while your subscription is active.
• Contact Form Data: Email addresses provided for support are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.

Data Rights

You have the right to request a copy of your stored data or request data deletion. Please use the contact form within the app or email us directly to initiate these requests.
